School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program
Starting January 1st, 2020, the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program will administer health insurance and other benefits to all employees in Longview Public Schools.
SEBB Open Enrollment October 1, 2019 through November 15, 2019
To enroll in SEBB benefits visit myaccount.hca.wa.gov. ALL benefit eligible employees must take action or risk defaulting to employee plans with required monthly out of pocket for medical plan and tobacco premium surcharge.

Payroll will be available to assist employees with SEBB online enrollment 10/3/19 through 11/15/19 in the Business Office from 7:30-4:30, Monday through Friday.

Other important information
The SEBB Program online open enrollment process will require each enrollee to have an email address when setting up their account for the first time. Confirmation emails will be sent to the enrollees email account as part of a verification process. Enrollees are encouraged to use a personal email address, but a work email address is acceptable. Make sure you know how to access your email account, including user name and password, when completing the SEBB online open enrollment.
What information do I need to enroll dependents?
For your spouse, state-registered domestic partner, or any children, you will need:
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Verification documents (see dependent verification)

If you are enrolling dependents on your SEBB Program benefits account, you will be required to provide evidence of your dependents’ eligibility. All dependents must be verified during the SEBB Program’s first annual open enrollment, October 1 through November 15, 2019, before they can be enrolled under your coverage.
You can upload dependent verification documents in SEBB My Account, or provide documents directly to your payroll or benefits office.
