Keeping our kids and employees safe provides a great learning environment and peace of mind. An identified priority in the Nov. 2019 bond request is safety and security upgrades at all district buildings. Project estimates for each site are below, totaling $4.2 million.
Each school will be retro-fitted with a double door entry system, cameras, fencing and other systems as appropriate to control access to schools. Contractors, security consultants and staff members from each school will contribute to determining how best to keep everyone safe.
